What do YOU think? I'm thinking about these:
weight training
aerobics
badminton
tennis
tai chi
yoga
ballet

Anyway, if you still can't decide... I suggest taking a very left brained logical scientific course like Kinesiology, and also taking a course that has abstract/spiritual potential like yoga or tai chi. Study both, and use one to understand the other, and vica versa. Try to understand Tai Chi from the perspective of a kinesiologist, and try to understand kinesiology from the perspective of Tai Chi principals. my 2 cents, could be interesting.

In my PE class this year I played a lot of Badminton, that was a lot of fun. So that would be my choice, personally. But that tai chi sounds pretty darn interesting =]
But yeah -- if you want to avoid projectiles, I guess you shouldn't take badminton, but that's still my choice.
