Hoboken Apartment for rent Dec 1st or 15th

My apartment, which is the messiest it will ever be due to me packing for this quick move to California for work. My two other roommates, one of which in the video, are much cleaner than I am so try to use your imagination with the part showing my room. 925/month; 1225 deposit on lease that can end/be renewed next summer. One of the bigger three bedrooms with park, Hudson River and beautiful skyline on front porch. Bus to Manhattan, which I used to take, is right outside and takes you into Port Authority in 15 min. Alternately, its about 15 minute walk down to the Path or 5 minute walk to the Ferry. Location amazing and pissed I have to move but to your advantage. Will have you meet with roommates and asign your name to lease with landlord, who lives on bottom floor of this 5 story apartment building in uptown Hoboken.
