They sing the Act I closing duet "Son nata a lagrimar - Son nato a sospirar".

The complete cast was

Cleopatra - Danielle de Niese
Sesto - Sarah Connolly
Cornelia - Marie Nicole Lemieux
Tolomeo - Flavio Oliver
Achilla - Franck Leguerinel
Nireno - Dominique Visse

  • I would like to hear her sing "Cara Speme" myself, but unfortunately, I don't have anything more from this performance.

  • So enchanting and alluring. Their voices are so chilling the low richness blends so well. Oh gosh brilliantly done.
