If the car was not running then how did u get it on to the car hauler? (looking to do about the same conversion as u did)

The car was running when I bought it - sort of. It would start up but would not idle, it would stall if you let off the gas. So in short, I drove it on. Given the condition of the engine, and also the brakes, I wouldn't have felt very safe driving it home that day.

if you are wanting to put in a tach. Get one from a toyota paseo. It is a direct swap. Did it in mine and love it. hope it all goes well.

Thanks Darth. The car isn't too bad for living it's entire life up here in Maine. I would like to have found a donor in a little better shape, but those can be hard to come by up this way.
