Well in this person's defense he may have a studio and is ubmitting songs for JJ's newest project, he has a demo singer that has a light whisper like Janet. This may be his way of submitting songs if enough people like them they'll find there way to her.

even the raw vocals don't sound like Janet, sounds like some Asian girl or someone else..........or it sounds like that weak singer who tried to immitate THE PLEASURE PRINCIPLE video, I can't even think of her name, but its not JANET on this track.
