Rules
1. You must create a character or use your OC and make a super hero/heroine.
2. Superhero/heroine must have a description (what kind of powers, how he/she became a superhero/heroine.
3.There will be three choices. Those three will be voted by everyone.
4. You CAN make a speedpaint of your superhero/heroine and post on YouTube if you want but I insist you just draw and give to me.
Prizes will be decided soon!
Also need two judges for the judging and prize decision.
