After reading that Oscar Mayer had died today I read this:

NEW YORK — Jack Nicholson said Thursday that he "warned" Former Chairman Mayer.

The 70-year-old Oscar winner was dining at the Wolseley restaurant in London when a photographer told him about Mayer's death.

After saying, "That's awful," Jack added I warned him," but refused to elaborate.
