C'mon ... let's somebody give it up for his striking and unique good looks. And great physical projection in this vid. I'm not gay ... but let's give credit where credit is due. That's a good looking man! Shame he let himself go so quickly after this ... but he went through a lot.

Anyway, regardless of this "poor" video production (not sound, or camera, but the cut..) , Jackie was THE man. Very underrated, to say the least.

@drfuzz666 Agree completely! Haven't seen a proper live footage of this tune. The Broadcast producer who did this should be shot. They probably turned on the APPLAUSE! sign before the song ended. So this vid ain't that good by my standards. People who've heard it for the first time must've wondered "it can't end like that, can it.."

Bloody annoying. If Jackie Leven would've have his way on this major gaffe, something or someone backstage must've been broken to pieces... by him;-)

The most underrated artist for the last 25 yrs. I saw him 3 times in Norway where he had a loyal following. Great music, light and darkness, humour and depression, a true artist. RIP

Jackie is clearly uncomfortable having to mime for this show, but will always be one of the greatest singer-songwriters of all time. RIP big man.

Thanks so much for posting this. I hope a few more piece of video of Doll By Doll show up at some point. I grew up with them but never got to see the band or, since moving to the US, Jackie doing his solo gigs. Great Jackie Leven song-writing and singing -- love Jo Shaw's guitar break. RIP Jackie.
