Having graduated at M.I. or Berklee for that matter and knowing all the scales-chord substitutions doesn`t necessarily mean one is a great player TECHNICALLY. This guy seems to use a lot of wah wah for whatever reason, his overall style is so far from being innovative and intense as a guitarplayer can get.

Man you take this stuff way to serious! This band is a very successfull group in the mainstream pop genre here with a very young audience. Nobody is at all interested in scales or inovation in guitar playing. Its about a good show and the people to have fun. Sometimes that defines a good guitarist if he is capable of doing so.I Have my solo work beside to push me guitarist wise. I am not wasting my time at all.

I allways wanted to make a living by playing the guitar and this just a part of it that gives me the opportunity to play large crowds on european wide tours and eventually bring your name out there to also have people get interest in your other work. I am not the first one trying it that way. So please feel free to judge but do some thinking before.

it's just an opinion as a guitarist after 21 years that I've been playing..Compliments for the crowd, but for Your playing you should learn some scales and improve the timing..stompin' a wha and some effects is easy!Then You'll hear the difference!KEEP ON TRAINING...;)

Interesting to read the comments I sometimes get. Where in this trying to be hopefully entertaining and basically just a "show man" solo you can judge on what scales I know or how good my timing is? Please feel allways free to comment but sometimes I just dont really get it. Ah well thanks anyways for watching!

Herr Garcia scheint es echt nötig zu haben bei Lafee zu spielen. Der Typ war hat auf dem letzten Jordan Rudess (der Keyboarder von Dream Theater!) mitgewirkt und auf seiner MySpace Seite kann man paar eigene Stücke hören, die man teilweise sogar dem ProgRock Bereich zuordnen kann. Die Musik von Lafee ist so ziemlich das komplette Gegenstück zu Garcias eigenen Songs.

man auch weiter die melodie spielen in dem fall mit der linken hand bissel weiterspielt und ich war auf dem Konzert und er hat alles live gespielt nichts playback...

Schon lustig "das Soli". "Soli" ist die Mehrzahl von "Solo" und somit kann er schlecht "ein Soli" spielen.

Also ich finde auch, dass das mehr Effektspielerei als Solo ist. Einfach übelst verzerrt und mit dem Wah Wah ein bisschen rumspielen. Ist nicht gerade eine hohe Kunst.

Womit ich aber nicht sagen will, dass der Kerl nicht spielen kann. Wenn man sich mal die Videos ansieht, wo er für ENGL auf der Musikmesse spielt, sieht man, dass er schon was drauf hat.

Lern du erst mal deutsch und nein ich bin nicht dumm... nur weil dir das soli nicht gefällt meinst du das es kein richtiges wär.. ok. sag du mir mal was du unter einem solo verstehst und warscheinlich kannst du noch nicht einmal gitarre spielen und hast eine große klappe xD
