I sold the second refinery cuz one is enough for the very close field. I dont think that a second refinery would have solved the problem of the harvester being stuck on the "bridge".

@Guitarloonatic (kind of a late reaction to comment) He sold his conyard in favor of building a tank army. I mean would u need your conyard if u were building just tanks? Now see...the thing that i don't get is why the hell did he sell his second refinery? That would have been more funds for more tanks. :P

There is one much faster way of completing this mission. Start just as you did. Sandbag that FT in as you did. Build minigunners in a couple APCs or just Humvees. Scout just above the bridge were the FT is. With 1or2 Orcas you can scout the black terrain north of the bluff were the FT was. All you need is a GROUND unit to set foot just beyond their east side base wall to activate the chopper. After there's a hole in the wall(w/ orcas) race in many Humvees. Mission Accomplished. Try it out!
