@tgnrogue it's true that the spaces help but if you stop when you are about to brake them you might hurt your hand i break wooden boards and i tell you isn't easy at it looks likes m a low rank but i tell you the training will harden your nucles and your leg bone the tibia and you will have a beter mobility for instance you can kick someone in the head easely you can harden you nucles bu making pushups in the fists or kick easy a tree with your tibia Osu
it must hurt his elbow beacose i train karate and breaking these blocks isn't easy you have to ignore the firs 3 or 4 blocks and focus on the others OSU.
