  • first comment ba-boom! been crossfitting for 3 months now. still working towards my first muscle up! i know i'll get it sooner or later. I think another holy grail of crossfit and/or gymnastics for people who never did it, but do crossfit, is the unassisted handstand and also hand pushups. good video
