Theres gotta be something in your life that is making you look the way you do, personally i always said it was my hormones or some sort of excuse, i was almost size 20 or more and im now on size 10. If you believe there is no excuse other than yourself, theres not. Dont waste your money crying it out on a doctor, move, be happy, do it even if you feel sad on the inside. In the end you will be really happy you did.
Second, is ok to loose a day or two of meals, im not saying starving fully yourself, maybe skip a breakfast or a lunch, what i do if i dont want to diet, i choose an night meal since i cant eat right. Loosing weight is all about training yourself and being strong, you have to train your stomach to eat less, missing a meal is not anorexia, is just helping your body to adjust.
Listen , i dont want to offend you, i say this has an person who suffered the same has you. I dont even know if you will someday read it , but please , i dont believe your that fat. Loosing weight is all about dedication , you gotta beliee in yourself, and is all about hard work, dump your car, get a bike, run everyday, is all about moving every second of your whole day. Food helps a lot, but you gotta move around too.
I hope you feel better. I've been debating about the surgery as well. I'd hate to do something that drastic lose it, then turn around and start gaining again. I'm feeling you on that one. lol
