IMO Final Fantasy should shift to a full real time combat system. Whatever system they develop for Versus XIII, they should expand upon that and implement it for the next full fledged FF game. It's time to evolve people. :)

Final fantasy with the battle system of kingdom hearts would be so epic! it's ok now but a realtime battle system would make it a hundred times better imo.

I hated the battle system in 13, I wish they would go back to the system from 12.

I don´t mean to be racist or anything but I feel like Square Enix should promote their own Japanese culture more rather than glorifying Westerners all the time. Stop being sell-outs and have some Japanese protagonists and main characters. It is like when Americans sell out and hire British voice actors for non-historical fantasy games just to give a "medieval ambience" even though modern British English wasn´t even spoken back then.

and so final fantasy takes yet another step away from what it once was...sorry but after playing, no sorry, forcing myself to play through to the last dungeon (can't handle finishing it so i gave up) of FFXIII. if this is what i have to look forward to for the next game then i quit, i'll leave FFXII as my final game in the franchise, any of the older games and i mean ANY of them would be better than another XIII (interactive movie).
