Ken Cuccinelli: I will not defend every law of Virginia

"There is no guarantee, right off the bat, that I will defend every single law in Virginia."

Ken Cuccinelli, candidate for Attorney General of Virginia at a debate on April 9, 2009, makes the shocking claim that as AG he will not guarantee that he will uphold every law of the state of Virginia.

As the official website of the VA Attorney General states, one of the duties of the AG is to: "Defend the constitutionality of state laws..." This is difficult to do when Ken Cuccinelli literally claims he can't say if he'll defend Virginia law.

Virginia defends better than this man.

TRANSCRIPT: "I will not defend what I, in my judgment, believe to be an unconstitutional law. And we don't have the details of that particular law, but I... There is no guarantee, right off the bat, that I will defend every single law in Virginia."

@tanfouk SSN is bad as well because illegals or criminals one in the same can take your number and use it to look legit so they can work. This puts you at greater risk for identity theft. They have cut into alot of gang activity by running the illegal aliens out. But instead they went to places like Maryland and further north. Credit cards are not good to begin with anyways. They get you into debt because you say I'm gonna pay it all later then the bill comes and you sweat bullets.

@tanfouk Actually Ken is right about SSN numbers. The fact is is that when they first came out they were under good intentions. Like calculating your retirement then later one they used it to identify you. It is basically the first step towards tracking you because its a number used everywhere to know who you are. They are used in everything you do. The military switched to social security numbers instead of using you service number.
