Coba - climbing to the top

Tulum and Chichen Itza are fantastic places to visit but compared to COBA they are commercial tourist traps.
Coba is not a pyramid - it's a temple and the view from the top is spectacular. This is the only temple left that you can still climb to the top. We had a fantastic tour with our guide Mario and highly recommend Coba as an alternative to the commercial and tourist swarmed better known Tulum or Chichen Itza. And if you want a great guide, Mario has been there for 10 years and you can find him there 6 days a week.
