is there a difference between a wet and a dry decal? or is the exact same decal, but different applying methods?

Thank you for this, I was thinking for a skateboard graphic too. Could you apply clear coat over the vinyl sticker, to stop it from scratching off?

@DrifterzSkate sure you can, just know that when you take a boardslide, the vinyl will get damaged...
