The autobox in the non-turbo's are very different to the turbo models. Extra clutches in 2nd, and 3rd are just one of the differences.
My WRX is a factory Automatic GC8, not a conversion.

Im from Australia, what year did your motor come out of , im sure you should be able to find a tranny from a wrecker somewhere. In the USA, they had auto WRX from 2001
