I'm a Realtor in the Las Vegas area. This guy is true to my own heart. I am currently leasing rentals and have been telling my buyers to wait...since last year. Some of them want to purchase because their mortgage payments would be less than

their rent and they are going to owner occupy. But for my investors with cash, I'm telling them to wait. Thank you "Broker for You" for being another honest Realtor who thinks about his client and not his pocketbook.
