The Nexus - Hunter soloing Anomalus

This fight was a huge pain. It's a race to minimize how many Mana thingys pop out of the portal before you can destroy it. With BM tree and gear, I only do 1.2k dps.

The walkthrough for this fight is best described with a priority system.

1) Adds when you are having problems keeping pet alive
2) Rift shielding Anomalus
3) Regular Rift
4) Anomalus
5) Adds

This will lead to a 7 minute battle, but it's a surefire win if you keep your pet closest to the rifts. If you get a random add on you, Freezing trap helps.

Moral of the story, swap out for DPS gear to kill the rifts as quickly as possible. This way you probably won't have to volley the adds ever.
