I like the chinese guys at 119 brilliant! But everyone knows that when you hear the airwolf song reach its peak, the oponent gets blown out of the sky, got to time that better at the end.

@Snapscape well yeah true , but they already have things like that , the ah 64 apache and the ah1 cobra ,,, just with out some of the groovy gadgets

@Jerry74 blue thunder is based on a gazelle a light reconisence chopper and is just as unrealistic since in america it against the law to arm police helicopters

@Jerry74 who cares its a tv program and a pretty good one too back in the day it was supposed to be a super machine just like A team for eg you could lock them in a shed with a a tube of toothpaste and 15 rubber bands and they would roll out in a 45 ton battle tank ;)

Airwolf is a totally unrealistic chopper. No helicopter can go to Mach speeds like Airwolf and carry that much ordanance. How many missles did Airwolf fire? An Apache or Hind can't carry that much.

However Blue Thunder uses systems that are actually in use. In fact to some extent alot of the systems in Blue Thunder are already outdated like the fire control and IR. The Apache Longbows are more advanced. Blue Thunder is more comparable to the Huey Cobras of the late 70's and early 80's.
