Attorney predicted Cesar Lauren would fight Extradition last year

3Gwen Lindsay-Jackson Made these predictitions Last Year? It is no suprise that Cesar Laurean has not been extradicted yet. So far he has been allowed visits by his wife and on his birthday the Mexican Prison Autorites permits him to have numerous visitors while his mexican attornies appeal to a higher Mexican Court to fight his extradition. I predict that Lauren will continue to avoide prosecution in the USA until he gets assurances that he will have a very minimal prison sentence. What people do not realize is that under Mexican Law even a life sentence w/o parole is considered cruel. Most murders don't get anything near a life sentence in Mexico and Lauren knows this. I wager that he will use this to ensure that he gets a light sentence in Mexico or force the North Carolina State Prosecutor to offer him a light sentence of less than 10 years, in exhange for his waiving of further appeals. This is just my guess as a defense strategy. What do you think? Will Maria Lauterbach ever receive justice for her brutal murder. She was a United States Marine and she deserves the dignity of having the murder brought to justice int he united states of america and not just have him receive a light prizon sentence if he is convicted. What are your thoughts?
