The multifile selection is already implemented in youtube for bulk upload.
I use it, but specially to know the progress of the upload, which is also provided.

This guy eerily reminds me Tim Sweeney, lead engine programmer for Epic Games... not to mention he also created Gears of War. :)

He reminds me of a young Matt Frewer, the actor who played Max Headroom in the 80s. They even sound similar to me (in person, not in the Max character).
