Bill Decker is the author of the guitar book "Scales & Modes For Guitar" published in 1999. "The Bill Decker Band" plays original instrumental rock music, and in "Monsters of Rock" playing classic rock songs from the 60s, 70s, 80s, and 90s. I loved that tapped harmonic that he did around 1:40. Even though he plays fast parts somehow his work makes sense to me in a way that most players from the new generations don't. It's weird that he didn't get more famous than he is with that level of playing..
