Stop spreading your propaganda! At no point in human history was China ever the leading civilization in any part of the world! In fact, it can't even claim to be the greatest in the east! The Mongolians overran China and ruled china for quite a long time! After doing in - depth research, I would say the top 3 are:

1) India (largest, oldest and oldest continuing civilization. Widely regarded as the greatest as a result of contribution to mankind!)

2) Egypt (great history)

3) Rome

China IS the largest continuous civilization on the entire planet, with more than 5000 years of DOCUMENTED history. Its inventions contributed much to the discovery of the americas.
