These are two speeches from the Dec. 28, 2009 OHV Rally at Carnegie State Vehicular Recreation Area in the SF Bay Area. The first Mad as Hell speech is from AMA Dist. 36s President Dave Pickett. The second We are going to Win speech is from the BlueRibbon Coalitions Don Amador.

@ibasspro yea its still open um when it was supposed to be closed some ppl started a petition got the closing of the park pushed back than all over again but even if it does close it will be allowed back up the only reason they want to close it down is something about the water treatment but yeah its still open i was just there last weekend
