@FrozenKoolAidDude Why? 3 $ is not very much money. Every human being survives a "waste" of 3 dollars. And sometimes you need to have a "fun time" when shooting guns, and it's worth it.

@panteraattila The recoils is pretty hard. And the butt plate is in steel so it makes the recoil even harder. But it depends very much on what kind of ammo you use. If you use hard loaded hunting ammo it kicks like a mule. But the K98 is a very funny weapon to shoot.

my mauser still have nazi markings on it from when my grandmothers cousin picked it up in WW2 but....they sporterized it :/ damn hard trying to find another stock thats right for it

@koiter20 It's a shame to sporterize a historical weapon, I don't understand why some people do that. I use my Mauser K98 on hunting and it works excellent as it is. One day I maybe put a scope on it, but nothing more.
