I don't quite understand why this is here.
-
@igneous061 This episode is from season 1, The Brotherhood.
-
@zini214 did you get the SG-1 ones mainly from The Fifth Race? It had the most and best sounds for it. Chevron encode and lock i reckon came from that one and possibly a gate roll.

dr'wheir a love tros belle cette femme :)

@smatteringofapplause - They were only referring to the total number of permutations given six symbols but no specific order - i.e. 6x5x4x3x2x1 = 720 vs. all possible seven-symbol addresses on a Pegasus gate (35x34x33x32x31x30 = 1'168'675'200)

@FuriousJack95 if you would like to talk to an ancient, dial pound.
-
what is that episode?
-
@xfusionbluex THATS why they had to use the earth point of origin to dial destiny, rather then the icarus point of origin (so its a good thing they use a computer to dial other wise they couldnt have put in the glyph)
-
@xfusionbluex you have to remember that the stargate networks have an update program that corrects for stelar drift, so if a nine symbol address is for a specific gate rather than a specific location then it is possible that since the gate Ra brought to earth became the dominate gate then the update program could have updated the destiny's address database so that the point of origin symbol from the original gate was replaced with the one from then gate that Ra brought,

Nice :D
Yeah, and I am the one who sent that sound to aVoN, but nobody knows that. I also sent him the sounds for the SG1 gate
