Of all the tracks on the Badass Bosses OC Remix album, the one I expected least from was this one - A monkey's song, how could I take that seriously? Silly me! After listening to it, it's become my favorite track on the album! A real gem, this remix!

Great remix. As a mix and mastering artist (slow production), this is a great mix-together. Sounds like something Donkey Kong could have for his stage music on Super Smash Brothers, but better.

@BigGiantCircles Yup, subbed and awaiting being posted. Was hoping it'd be part of the initial mixflood, Finnish independence day and all, but it'll turn up some day soon. Btw what guitar did you use for this? Wouldn't mind having a sampled one like this.

@Pierceher Fun fact, the guitar is 100% sequenced. After laying down the melody, I went back and meticulously added humanization and detail (bends, vibrato, slight note-overlaps, tremelo, harmonics, speed-picking, sweet-picking, and all that other stuff I can't do very well on an actual guitar) with the intent of making it *not* sound too perfect, which IMO is one of the main giveaways on a sampled guitar that's trying to sound realistic. :) Glad you like it!
