I believe that Marty's classic ..EWhite Sport Coat..was my introduction to something new in the wind..I was just a punk ass boy of 10 when this song shook me awake..it wan't long before I hear the others..but my hero..and i do not know why it..was Buddy Holly..He wrote most of his songs..was a very good rythmn git picker..and more than anyone else was responsible for the English invasion which honored the originals...John Lennon said..if there was no Buddy there is no Beatles."
