straightening natural hair w/ flat iron

I always shampoo and condition, then use DOO GRO oil and blow dry straight with an attachment comb on one day, then flat iron press with my Andis 2 inch ceramic flat iron the following day... I almost never do them the same day, too much heat on my hair... and I have a lot of hair! LOL

i never said ur stupid, i just said wow you need to get out more,because if you open your eyes you will see tons of black girls with long hair,but i guess since your stuck up in your own world you don't see anyone else

do you blow dry your hair on a cool, or warm setting the day before and do you wrap your hair at night? oh what heat setting is your flat iron?just curious to know i wanna do a length check without killing my hair. Thanks

@808758 hi! i usually blow dry my hair on high heat the day before and put it in a ponytail at night and then have the flatiron on its highest (or close to highest) setting... now, after watching dprincess' video, ive begun putting my hair in braids to let it dry and then flat ironing it, ive only done it once and it was still warm out, so im not quite sure how well it works (that and my daughter is stealing my nutrients lol). good luck with your length check! it shouldnt hurt ur hair :)
