@SecretsOfLongevity Yes...he mentions water alkalinity systems ie Kangen. As much as I respect the work of the Hippocrates Health Institute, it bothers me that he seems to buy into that.
I am really enjoying watching you during your stay there - I'm on day 10

Hello everyone,
I attended Brian's lecture this summer here, in Ireland. He mentioned at the very end that he was 60 years old :-))
Dr. Thomas Lodi, on one of his youtube videos, makes the statement that the whole water system thing is a waste of money because as soon as the water hits the stomach and the hydrochloric acid, the effect is lost. Could you comment please?

@17babaha You mean alkaline water? I don't recommend it nor think it's effective either.

Don't certain chemicals (chlorine maybe) evaporate and then condense along with the steam and therefore become more concentrated during distillation?

@scotchlouis I'm not familiar with distillers but that could possibly be true. The best option with distilling is to distill water that is prefiltered (so only the sediment is left behind) or use well water etc.

Actually i think Brian is 60 years old as he did an event earlier this year as the catch a healthy habit cafe, where he said he was 60 years old, you can watch it here on youtube if you search his name. I wonder if he dye's his hair using natural dye's, if not then thats incredible.
Do you know his exact eating regimen and what herbs/supplements he takes?

Although he doesn't need enzymes, he says that they're for anti-aging purpose. I also know he takes things like ginseng and other herbal and whole food extracts. He would take a B-12 and multi-vit as well.
He uses sun warrior protein as he's a body builder and he eats two large salads a day made of just sprouts and seaweeds, no dressing from what I've heard :p
When traveling and can't eat all sprouts etc he'll eat some cooked grain such as quinoa, lentil soups or steamed squashes.
