I was, in fact, recently bought a tub of B&J by a Fairtrade convert mate of mine I'd been explaining my plans to, which was a lovely little treat. So, yeah, that knowledge is practically keeping me going - ice cream may be my one source of dairy, in fairness!

I hope you can publicise Fairtrade clothing because I am sure there is less awareness about where you can find FT clothing than there is with food. I was really pleased to see the Fairtrade window in my local Debenhams this morning with a range of Maine clothing backed by Sir Steve Redgrave.

Good luck, I got a very nice shirt from Marks and Spencer today in their Blue Harbour range. It's good to hear about Dublin being a Fair Trade city, I'll be there for a feew days next week.
