The 1987 Gulf Breeze Case. Originally aired on CPC21 in Northern Kentucky. Produced by Kenny Young. Starring Jerry Black, a serious, objective UFO investigator.
Yes, a plastic model of a flying saucer was found in Ed Walters' house after he sold it. His defense was that it was planted. In my opinion, Jerry's arguments are more convincing in this case. By the way, Jerry is still living in Cincinnati. He is having some health problems but I'm sure when he gets over those he will pick up on his investigations. Unfortunately, Kenny Young, who helped him investigate for years, passed away a couple of years back.
I know Maccabee has a physics degree and is undoubtedly a smart man in his field. But he is not a photo expert and is not exempt from the flaws of human nature, such as conflict of interest and the general tendency to get dug into a position and defend it beyond all logic. The people who backed this case should admit it was questionable and move on.
I'm glad to see someone posted this. I believe this is an edited clip from an old cable access show. Whoever edited it really did a good job. People seem to be blasting Jerry without answering the concerns he raised, those being the double-exposed photo and the conflict of interest.
Jerry Black is a lier who doesn't know anything,I know him and he is a mean man,he gets his high from hurting other people .If it was right in front of him ,he would still not belive.
President Carter saw one, so did Ford. I wonder what other presidents have and just won't admit it. Also, what about the sightings in Arizona, and the white house in the 50's. They freekin buzzed the white hous dude. I think we need to see one shake hands with Bush and give him a T-shirt before some of you believe.
I think that the amount of people that tried to proof Ed Walters was a fake, just makes me believe him more. This is not the only sighting in Gulf Breeze, not to mention the hundreds of thousands of other sightings all over the world.
Mistake, I said it looked like Ed's ship but mine was not a F15 like his seemed to be. Mine had 3 very large lights on each of the two front edges of the triangle body of the craft.
Hi. Thanks for sharing your insights. I'm trying to recall, it's been so many years since those sightings, was this a photo where it appeared a jet was chasing a craft? What exactly did you see? I think Ed was probably a hoaxer but I think the Gulf Breeze flap was probably legit- people forget there were dozens of witnesses to UFOs around Gulf Breeze at that time- Ed was just the most famous.
I'm suspicious of the Walters photos but that photo has not been proven to be a hoax. One expert says in his opinion light should have been on the hood of a truck and Maccabee says because Ed's truck was loaded with bricks it would not have been. I think it probably was a hoax but I think "proven" is too strong a word.
