@TheZoltan484 we put restrictions on product name and filename. If you have your filename corrected, it could be your product name.

whenever i try it says,"error, legal file characters are 0-9,a-z,A-Z,_,-" and my file name is only words. can anyone help?

well, if you have a file larger than 40 MB (say an album), it doesn't work. File limit is 40 MB
