What is that last thing Uncle Frank says?

You know your history for a lad of just 20 years. We were indeed confederate holdouts all along the southern shore. primarily because the strongest anti-confederate and Joey Smallwood nemesis was Peter Cashin who came from Cape Broyle on the fabulous southern shore. Oops is my bias showing??

Wow, fascinating crossover accent, definitely sounds more Irish.

The Young fellow talking to Uncle Frank looks an awful lot like Randy Devine?

Good eye. That's exactly who it is.

I wonder if Uncle Frank is really one of the locals or an actor. The other two are obviously actors. I wonder has anyone seen the documentary which RTÉ made in Newfoundland in the 70s? The presenter speaks to some fisherman who sound even more Irish than 'Uncle Frank'.

There are only two actors. The others including Uncle Frank are locals. Uncle Frank is Frank Fitzgerald from Renews by way of Trepassey.
