I am so angry...I sit here crying...I was prescribed Seroxat 9 years ago as a 15 year old girl....I gradually became more irratic and psycotic....I sat on my couch on day in complete hysteria and asked my father if it was normal to have dark,suicidal thoughts with depression....I just looked up Seroxat on the net...it's another name for Paxin...I am devastated that I had to go thorough such dark times not because of illness but because of greed.....

@kreesy666 knew what? that one of the oldest psichiatry system( Altrecht=550yo) in the world is waiting 4 u on every corner? Beeing healthy i was locked 4 2 months in Altrecht for... making jokes of police,within 2 days they "decided" i'm manic depressive( bi-polar dis). So, without beeing sick i slicked Seroquel, lorazepaam, against my will.. Met ppl over there with own sad stories, so Be Aware!

best way to treat depression is magnesium supplements, goji juice and amazon thunder's acai juice... its worked for me naturally.. depression is normal. usually its the body telling you its lacking the necessary nutrients

I know that a girl who was diagnosed with depression by a psychiatrist due to her symptoms she was 16 years old, and given a prescription for prozac, she was later found to have TB (tuberculosis) symptoms include feelings of weakness, tiredness, fatigue, basically all the same "symptoms of depression", it has made me feel very hostile concerning so called psychiatric care.

This was all new for me,I was thinking the best way is to treat depression and taking pills. I never had those problems myself but I know many that are in those drugs or have been, and special some are already addicted to them for life they think.
I thank you so very much for making my eyes wider and deeper.
