  • @maejhoi Yeah, I just got mine! But you need to do it a lot and it will probably take months.

  • Used to be as flexible as a brick!

  • fucksibilty...lol

  • it is possible im 20 and i can almost do them and im a guy!

  • Flexibility stretches are really relaxing too. It helps if you point your toes while stretching. Plus flexibility doesn't happen overnight so you have to keep doing the stretches to see results. :)

  • try taking your sneakers off..... and not arching your back. this woman has no idea what she is talking about. it's disgusting.

  • I was looking for some thing that would help me with ballet found this and turned it on ad said I'm more flexable than the woman showing it is. forget that crap

  • yehey!i now found this video.because this is for my cheerleading flexibilitation excercises to improve my flexibilitiness on my whole body.

  • @maejhoi yes unless you're old enough to start developing things like arthitis and other problems you can still work on your flexibility, the only reason why they don't like to take new comers that are like 20 years old in gymnastics clubs is because the teachers there are hoping to find olympic talent or as close as they can get, just because you're too old to become an olympic gymnast, it doesn't mean that you're too old to increase flexibility, there is an olympic gymnast who's about 33ish

  • Bring your feet forward ? You mean bring your feet back toward you !!
