actually everyone can do it if do it everyday like while watching television or while playing ps , i'm 17 and i finally can do it with both of my leg touch the floor and my head able to touch the leg while going down
haha yes it is! You just gotta stretch the different muscles in your legs everyday until you can achieve it. It just takes a long time. But don't rush yourself! you could really mess up your muscles.
