I gave a copy of California to Brian Wilson after one of his Pet Sounds shows..next time I saw him (after the Smile concert) he told me he thought the album was incredible and thanked me for giving it to him

I loled. Its interesting to see such complex organisms gathered in such high numbers around a few weirdly dressed organisms who are generating such repulsive sounds from their trachea. Only in this reality does such a thing occur.

The fact that the comment praising mike Patton's compositional ability is the top rated comment is a real fucking shame. I agree that Patton is an absolutely amazing musician, but each and every member of Mr. Bungle deserves just as much praise, especially so with Dunn and Spruance, who share the majority of Bungle's compositional credits.
