I bought a Venus flytrap and there was two small pieces of sphagnum moss with some green coloring in it still and I was wondering if it is enough to grow new moss

@DooinMyWeena Sure, that should grow and produce more moss but will it get you alot any time soon, I'd say no. If your cool with taking great care of what you have, letting it do it's thing t'ill you have a reasonable amount to propagate then ya buy all means :).

I don't get it. It said that in growing sphagnum moss part 1, you said that you used distilled water to grow it, and it worked. But here, you said that if you pour distilled water and soaks in the moss, you kill it. So what are you trying to say? Please answer.

@AgustinTime My apologies, if you use TAP water it will kill the moss.

Fungi are more closely related to humans than they are to plants.
Anyway, good videos but where do you get the live moss in the first place?

@missanna208 you can purchase it online or grown it from dried moss.
