MMA H.E.A.T. went to Throwdown Training Center in Las Vegas, NV, to see UFC welterweight title contender Nick Diaz and Strikeforce title challenger Ronda Rousey get in the cage with Middle Easy's Layzie The Savage. Surprising no one, the two professional MMA fighters school the intrepid reporter with submissions six times in the course of a few minutes. As an added bonus, in this clip we also gain insight on the origins of Layzie's nickname.
