Painful periods, I've got advice!

I go through this every other month (irregular) this is just what I do!

@PurpleNinjaRawr - )= I'm sowwy<3333 I know how it is to have people like "Oh, you're fine" if you can, find someone to rub your lower back for it- it's better with like a oil or something to it's not all rough on your back, but it helps A LOTTT. Happy I could help ^^<3 Oh! This is also going to sound REALLY weird, but I also feel better whilst sitting on the toilet xD I think it's the way you sit or something, but it helps my mom, me, and some of my friends.

myn are : irrigular, painfull to die for, i pass 3 sleepless nights crying because of pain, the days are awful, frequent trips to the bathroom (i always feel its gonna explode), tylinol doesn't help, i once fainted, threw up, impossible to concentrate at school....its NASTY

especially when some of the immature guys say "oh stop over reacting, you're making such a drama", they dont understand what they'r talking about... >:(

@lovlyanime - Search "dysannhrea" or something like that, it will come up in the google search bar. That's what I have, and it's horrible. Our period pains, people who suffer from it, have pains compare-able to contractions. Everything you described, happens to me too.

My periods are so bad sometimes I just cry until I fall asleep so I don't have to feel it! Ughhhhh I hate them

one thing i hate.. is when im at school on my period.. because on my first day of period i get terrible pains.. like today.. :L but i had a 2 hour exam and im not kidding i started tearing up.. so some advice explain to your parents that if you have the same extreme pain as me. take the first day off :L it helps because your not walking round holding your stomach or being laughed at because guys say ' is it that time of the month!?' :L

@lovlyanime I tend to throw up as well i have tried all the tablets in the world but only one helps a bit and thats ibuprofen the help with imflamotry so i does tend to get rid of the cramps and blowty ness of ur stomach. Hope this helps!!!!!!

i have very simiary periods and they have been know to keep me up i agree with the heat pad it works for me too and all of the over the counter pain meds don't work for me i have to take vikadin to get relief thank you for this information

for anyone who suddenly has thier cramps but does not want to buy a heating pad from the store , u can make a homemade heating pad. heres how. get an empty pillowcase and pour in at least one full bag of rice. tie bag at the top so rice cant fall out. place the makeshift pad in the microwave for 2-3mins. place the bag on the source of pain and do what you need to do. if you need the pad to stay attached try using a gauze wrap if you have it

funny whenever i drink sodas on my days when i have cramps, it helps, but then again i like mine warm and flat (yes im wierd get used to it. lol

So helpful! I had to stay at home from school because of my painful periods. And If you are getting really painful periods, get a sonogram because it can be a cyst. I had a cyst that was surgically removed! Ever since it was removed my periods didn't hurt as much.... But they still hurt.

Years ago i had a VERY painful period. The last years i have a pain but not like the previous. So, now i understand why the other people were telling me ''you are excessive''. Everything need an experience but some women can't have it because of the nature.

*Also you must know that for some women the compress can make them worse and it doesn't work for everyone.it is important girls...
