This is my first video. I think it went relatively well, at least when I compare it to how I thought it'd turn out. Anyways, here's the real description for this video: I'm glad he dies.

  • send me your ps3 name and ill add you

  • I've updated my channel so my PSN name is up there now.

  • Nice job killing that "special zombie." You should have mentioned who it was, though: Brad Vickers, the chickenheart pilot of the S.T.A.R.S. Alpha Team. Killed in RE3, the day before RE2 takes place, by the Nemesis right outside of the station.

I'm playing RE2 now. This one doesn't seem to age like the others--it's immortal to me. My only complaint is that it tends to give the player just a bit too much ammo--even on Normal, I have little trouble killing every single creature.

  • Yeah, my bad. Since I've never played 1 or 3, he's just been the "special zombie" to me since childhood.

I feel the same way. I've had it for years, and it still holds an extra-special place in my heart. And at least the ammo isn't quite as common as it is in RE4/5.

  • Yeah, but I just came out of Chris Redfield's story in REmake, and in that game, ammo and supplies are SO much more limited. I spent so much time at the edge of my limits in that game. It gets easier toward the end, because the game compensates for the addition of faster enemies by dumping a fair number of Shotgun Shells in your path, but you have to use a lot more strategy, especially because of the "Crimson Heads..."

  • Okay, now I really want to play. You've got me all hyped up for it, look at that. I haven't really played a game that made me tense for a while.

  • And by God, save that Magnum ammo. Rare as hell in REmake...

  • I said the lighter was a special "weapon" by mistake. I meant "item."

  • REmake is unique in that you are given the option to burn zombie corpses. Those that you don't burn will eventually wake up as faster, more aggressive zombies known as "Crimson Heads." You must have a fuel canteen with kerosene in it and a lighter to burn a zombie. Critical headshots will also keep zombies from resurrecting. Kerosene is limited (each refill location has four uses worth of kerosene), so think carefully about which zombies you burn.

  • Keep this in mind when you come to choosing your character for the game:

Chris Redfield: Has more health, but only six inventory slots. Uses the Lighter as a special weapon and needs to hunt down small keys to open doors (unlike RE2, this is actually required to progress through the game). Aided by Rebecca Chambers, who on certain occasions can heal Chris.

Jill Valentine: Less health, but has 8 inventory slots and a lockpick. Aided by Barry Burton, who makes certain situations very easy.
