Dark Messiah of Might and Magic bug

I was playing on of my favourite games when I noticed a little (not that little) bug. I didn't know what was going on, and just stared at my monitor. Then I died (in the game of course) and I was sad, cause I didn't record this funny bug. But it worked. The guard just sitting and dirnking I think, I kill him with my daggers, he... uhm... well see the viedeo, an then he attacks me, like he is drunk or something. He doesn't have his sword, so he punches me. (During the fight he says things like: I've had enough of this sh*t etc.) He can kill me, but I can kill him. See, he's like ghost, the objects I throw at him just go through him.
Give it a try, I beleive, it will work to everyone.
