Rhythmix Cultural Works and MoveOn.org threw a party in Alameda, CA on January 20, 2009 to celebrate the inauguration of Barack Obama as the 44th President.
We had Bush on a rocket, Cheney spreading his own particular flavor of love, Obama art, lots of food and performances.
Artist Scott Siedman, whose painting "The Man from Illinois" was chosen to be displayed in Washington, was present to auction one of the prints from his painting.
