Just got my second-hand Samsung CP20 (basically, same as CP40 but only 2 heads). I love the machine. Easy to setup. I just added a video of mine too. (see my vids)
I only get the aligner errors so far with SOT23's when source rotation is 90degs (no placements). What is up with that? If I set source rotation to 0, then adjust the step-program rotation of each placement, it works fine. go figure. Other parts work fine with source rotation parameter. Still, love it!

for less aligner errors for x,or y axis put 0.2 mm bigger dimmension for vision than commponent dimension is.
for example,If you go to auto and x dimmension of component is 4.5 for vision put 4.7

Sometimes I have got "Vision Component Auto Inspection Error". I must place some Components manual. Which serial number has your maschine? There are some kind of difference between the aligner systems.

Do you find that you have lots of pickup / aligner errors with the Samsung CP40?

many errors like: Front/Rear Feeder not locked
Motor errors.
