Can this exercise really help me improve core strength for lower back cause my back kinda cracks on the lower back but its not that bad i only cracked my back by accidents which my back doesnt seem to be sore but what im trying to say is can this exercises with medicine ball help me with my lower back cause I want to stop it for good and have great core strength so i can have good strength, flexibility and others.

I agree the video is very clean and straight foward but the chops were a bit suspect based on the bow back as you swing down. I teach "Head up, Back straight and soft knees when you swing downward". But Nice job bro
