You did great. But yes, don't rush the lyrics and give feeling. Listen to Joni's slow version on YouTube entitled "Joni Mitchell - Both Sides Now (With Lyrics)" and you will see the power her putting feeling into the song. Quite frankly there is another soundtrack that she did that really brings out the emotions. Keep at it and always keep on singing! :-)

My laptop mic picks it up...I played it on my ipod across the room and you could still hear it, lol.
I think what i need is to practice it more...really get the rhythems and speed down. i go too fast on speeches too, lol.

haha aww, well i suggest maybe have it play on like youtube or on a cd in the background to learn it? your voice isnt bad at all.

well..that's the only way I know how to sing i'm afraid...also, it's hard when all I have to record is the mic on my laptop, lol. And I go fast when i'm nervous...it doesn't help that I don't have anything to compare it to when i'm singing it since I can't play the song while i'm recording :P
Singing in a mic never comes out the way it sounds in real life, no matter how many times i try -.-
