I am so glad I went to see the public viewing of the permaculture documentary 'Fresh' at Grass Roots Restaurant in south Tampa as it inspired me to restructure my back gardens as so to rely on grass as a primary food for my chickens and Muscovy ducks, and to corrall them seasonally in differing areas as need to PRE-EMPTIVELY control weeds before they get out of hand. An added bonus is their poop that does much to make and keep my soil fertile. Enjoy, John

  • there is probably nothing better than raising your own food! soo rewarding!

  • hello--- i love what your doing there... it seems you have a problem with arid conditions.. you should read the permaculture designers manual by bill mollison... it has a lot of strategies for dealing with really dry conditions in a sustainable way... good stuff tho... keep it up
