Mitt Romney makes so much sense. Allow personal responsibility and free markets to rule. He's right we ALREADY HAVE UNIVERSAL COVERAGE. People go to the ER and get medical care who don't have coverage and WE ALL PAY for it through higher costs and premiums. It trickles down to us. This way we attempt to cover everyone for less money and in the end it will be more affordable over time. NO MORE FREE RIDES.

He doesn't want free markets, he wants government subsidization, forced insurance, and government negative externalities. Just saying.....Ron Paul is the only one who is for a free market in healthcare.

Romney SUCKED as a Governer. The state senate and congressmen had the votes to override Romney regardless of his decision. He was originally AGAINST the plan.

malan, now the government WILL buy it for them.....a direct subsidization and perverse incentive structure which will increase patient usage. This plan is going to fail just like all socialist/fascist plans. Mitt Romney is a neocon.....

okay. i'm not saying any government intervention/subsidy is a good thing. but the government currently pays for emergency care for people who are irresponsible and don't have their own health insurance. either we need to stop this practice of people paying for other people's care or find another way to get free riders off the dole (i'm for individual mandates along with free markets across state lines and medical malpractice reform, NOT a public option or anything like that or a coop, w/e).
